The smooth degree of the filter medium surface has the great effect to the dynamic function resistance to the filter medium. The initial resistance of the filter medium decides the air permeability of the filter medium itself, but the resistance during operating is several times to the initial resistance. The operating resistance depends on the smooth degree of the filter medium surface and the dedusting effect. In general, the better the larger air permeability and the better the lower operating resistance when people guarantee the same filtration effect, which can reduce the energy. During using the air reverse blowing dedusting precipitator, under the same pressure and the air volume condition, it is better by selecting the large air volume woven than the smaller.

Therefore, it is the first solved problem that how can improve the air permeability, smooth degree and reduce the dust adherence, operating resistance. The needle punched filter felt with smooth surface resin treatment developed by us, its air permeability is 50% higher than the common calendaring treatment and the smooth degree is better than the calendaring treatment. The order of the air permeability of the same precision clean filter medium tested in the laboratory is: singeing treatment filter medium>easily ded-usting treatment filter medium>common calendaring filter medium. In actual operation resistance, the order from big to small is: easily dedusting treatment filter medium<singeing treatment filter medium<common calendaring filter medium. It is the aim with smooth filter medium surface, good air permeability, and low operating resistance for the filter medium manufacturing plant. It is the first choice of the easily dedusting needle punched filter felt for the filter medium experts.

Basic on the easily dedusting needle punched filter felt, we do research and use the 1000Dfiber to weave, and by 155℃ high temperature finalize, coated with PTFE, so the efficiency of filtering is better than other polyester felt, the using age is more than 1 year, and it is widely used metal industry.

It is a difficult problem to use bag-style dust remove machine remove the dust which is wet and adhansive. To solve this problem, we use the filtering bag which with membrane and do water proof diaposal to proof the dust affix on the surface of the filtering bag. And we got effectively progress.

The production process is as follows:

Disentangling the fiber---carding---fanning the net---beforehand sticking---mainly sticking---molding felt---burn feather---to be smooth---dipping (waterproof liquid)---drying---finalizing---packing.

By disposal of water&oil proof, the surface of filtering fabric has the capability of waterproof, and the it is easy to remove the dust on it, also it is acid-resistant and alkali resistant.

So this kind of fitering bag has longer using age than others and it could save energy and maintenance cost.

Polypropylene (PP) needle punched filter felt

Our company selects the excellent PP fibers, which produced in big chemical fiber factories as Liaoyang etc; to produce into PP needle punched felt. Besides some properties as ordinary filter felt have the properties of anti-acid, anti-alkali and lower soften point of PP are better than polyester, and its stability of water solution is excellent, so PP needle punched filter felt is often used in the field is fume temperature under 100℃, the density of acid and alkali is high or the field of filtering solid from liquid that the density of acid and alkali is high. It is applied with press-in style, suction style, bags style, centrifuge style etc liquid filtration equipment.

The PP needle punched felt, which used in liquid & solid filtration, selects different specifications of PP fibers and ordinary staple scrim or high strength filament scrim. That grams different from 350g/m2~700g/m2 and thickness different from 1.2mm~4.5mm all can be produced in our company, and can be divided into different widths. The post finished treatment includes singeing, calendaring etc.
